Established in 1999, Prime Dental Manufacturering(PDM), Inc. is a privately owned company located at 4555 W. Addison St. in Chicago, IL 60641.
The facility houses PDM research and development laboratories, sales, marketing, manufacturing, customer service, and warehouse operations.

Our mission is to provide high quality products for the dental profession. We provide the highest quality dental materials, custom packaging and delivery operations, and excellent after-sales service and delivery.

Your complete satisfaction with our products and services is our priority. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and return shipping instructions. Full credit will be issued on returns within 30 days of purchase. We only ship factory-fresh materials, therefore products with less than half of the remaining shelf life will not be accepted for full credit.
